Ringdown is a driver check-in service operated by Phineworks Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When a driver checks in, we collect the information entered on the check-in form: name, mobile phone number, carrier, truck number, trailer plate, load/PO number, and destination.

How we use it

This information is used solely to operate the facility’s check-in queue and to send transactional text messages about the delivery: a check-in confirmation and a notification when the load is ready (1–2 messages per visit). We do not send marketing messages, and we do not sell or rent personal information. Information is visible to the dispatch staff of the facility the driver is delivering to (for example, Taylor Fresh).

We do not share mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the transactional messages described above through our messaging provider (Twilio).

Text messaging

By submitting the check-in form, you consent to receive text messages about your load at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.

Retention and your choices

Check-in records are retained to operate the service and produce aggregate wait-time statistics. To request deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
