Ringdown is a driver check-in service operated by Phineworks Inc. By using the check-in form you agree to these terms.

The service

Ringdown lets drivers check in at participating facilities and receive transactional text messages about their delivery. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties; facilities remain responsible for their own dispatch decisions, dock assignments, and schedules.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when checking in, including a mobile number you are authorized to use. Do not submit false check-ins or interfere with the service.

Text messages

Checking in constitutes consent to receive 1–2 transactional text messages per visit about your load. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; opting out may mean you are notified by other means (for example, in person or by phone call).
