Ringdown is a driver check-in service operated by Phineworks Inc., which provides this service under the Ringdown name. By using the check-in form you agree to these terms.

The service

Ringdown lets drivers check in at participating facilities and, if they ask for it, receive transactional text messages about their delivery. Checking in never requires agreeing to text messages. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties; facilities remain responsible for their own dispatch decisions, dock assignments, and schedules.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when checking in. A mobile number is optional; if you give one, it must be a number you are authorized to use. Do not submit false check-ins or interfere with the service.

Text messages

Text messages are optional and are never a condition of checking in or of being served at a facility. You receive them only if you tick the separate, unticked-by-default box on the check-in form. Ticking it is your consent to receive 1–2 transactional text messages per visit about your load, from Ringdown. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. If you do not opt in, or you opt out later, you are notified by other means — in person or by phone call.
